Battle of the Shield showcases members of the Dallas/Fort Worth Fire Departments Vs. Dallas/Fort Worth Police Departments competing in an Amateur MMA Event to raise money for a legitimate 501(C3) Charity.

This event is in memory of their courageous efforts and to help alleviate the pain that some families have suffered or are presently coping with. This is the perfect opportunity to bring awareness to the cause and really help some families in need.
